In and Out
A poem
Every breath counts
the shallow, the half, the deep
each single inhale pause exhale
even the quarter - a continuity of life.
Without it -
existence does not exist.
And the deeper the breath
the fuller the experience
profounder the awareness
of existing, of life.
And this poem
I cannot read this without it affecting my pattern of breathing in a positive way, that makes this a wonderfully powerful poem
